1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Shyconic Design, including but not limited to logo design, branding, website design, and print collateral.
1.2 All agreements, including the scope of work, revisions, and payment terms, will be outlined in a formal invoice. By making a payment or providing approval, you accept the terms outlined in the invoice and this document.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payments for services are due as specified in the invoice. Projects will not commence until payment is received as per the agreed terms.
2.2 Full payment or the agreed deposit is required to secure services.

3. No Refund Policy

3.1 All sales are final. Payments made for design services, including deposits, are non-refundable.
3.2 Once a project begins, resources and time are allocated to your specific requirements, and refunds cannot be provided under any circumstances.

4. Revisions

4.1 Revisions, if included in the scope of work, will be specified in the invoice.
4.2 Additional revisions beyond what is included in the invoice will incur an additional fee, which will be communicated in advance.
4.3 Revisions must be requested within the timeline specified in the invoice or agreed upon in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Upon full payment, ownership of the final design deliverables will transfer to the client.
5.2 Shyconic Design retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, on our website, or in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including project requirements, timelines, and approvals.
6.2 Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback may impact the delivery timeline and are not the responsibility of Shyconic Design.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Shyconic Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
7.2 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the final deliverables meet their requirements before use or publication.

8. Amendments to Terms

8.1 Shyconic Design reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
8.2 It is the client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
